From the inside out

“You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you’re too busy … then you should sit for an hour”.

Change your reality

Finding inner peace whatever the challenges or outside circumstances facing you

The moment you change your focus and start looking for the answers within, that is when true miracles happen. You reconnect with your soul, with the magnificence of who you truly are.

Wether you’re attracted to meditation because you want to experience peace of mind in times of trouble, or to balance your emotions and mental wellbeing, or for your general health, it’s really your soul that’s been pushing you. Why? Because your soul sees that you have stopped being the creator in your life.

There are no products, no doctors, no experts … not even a meditation instructor who can tell you anything you don’t already know inside of you. My role, is to show you how to access the wisdom you already possess, so you can hear what your soul is saying.

Why meditate

The main purpose of meditation is to awaken, to become enlightened. And with each step forward, we get some amazing side effects. Here are just a few…

How is it that meditation is described as a panacea for so many things? But the better question is: why is your life always the same? Why does stress make you tired, nervous, depressed? And why then not find a sustainable way to go to the real cause of suffering rather than mask the symptoms by taking a few pills, buying something or going somewhere?

Stress is not only reserved for bank managers and CEO’s of large companies. As humans we have the ability to activate stress hormones in your bodies by thought alone! Yes, that thought of the things you cannot stand, the virus you are afraid of and even your mother in law.

Continuously focusing on your problems only makes you relive them over and over again strengthening those stories that keep the lower emotions alive. There is a way to truly transform your life and taking time to simply be, is paradoxically one of the most transformative things we can do.

Are you ready to experience inner peace?

I know what you might be thinking. Meditation means sitting in silence for hours on end, crossed legged in discomfort and most certainly it requires a change in lifestyle. Right? Well … no. I mean, you can do that if you want. But there are lots of ways to meditate and part of my role is to help you find the right way for you in your search for inner peace.
